Please bear in mind that, unless otherwise stated, vintage items are pre-worn, pre-loved, and have had a previous lifetime of sometimes up to 90 years! If you feel an item has been grossly misinterpreted, please contact us via phone or email. We will not offer an exchange or refund if you simply change your mind. We cannot predict how an item will wear and will not accept returns if an item becomes damaged after purchase. We will not accept refunds based on size, please refer to measurements for each listing.
Chaos Bazaar Vintage’s return policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Competition and Consumer Act.
We encourage you to get in touch via email or phone if you have questions about what you want to purchase, as all sales are considered final.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will inspect your item and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If a bought garment needs to be returned you will be responsible for the posting and shipping fee. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Delivery tracking must accompany all returns.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
